The bright and cheery reds of the Kochia bush fill the fields of Hitachi Seaside Park, accented by cosmos they turn 153 hectacres of park into a red wonderland every autumn.

Kenrokuen- Dark Black cherry metallic medium density holographic, thicker style formula. 2 coats for full coverage.

One of the three greatest gardens in Japan, Kenrokuen contains the six ideal aspects of a Japanese garden: spaciousness, serenity, venerability, scenic views, subtle design, and coolness.

Kawachi Fuji Garden- Deep grape purple, array of multicolored (blue, violet, pink, purple) small size flake shimmer. Base has a jelly style formula. 3 coats for full coverage.

This wisteria garden features tunnels, trellises, domes, and ancient trees. Purple wisteria flowers flow and drape over the paths as you walk the park and are immersed in the fragrance.

Thousands of Pink Blooms- Medium saturated pink, medium to low density holographic, butter style formula.

A true modern day love story, Thousand of Pink Blooms is an homage to a dairy farmer. When his wife of 30 years lost her eyesight due to disease, she went into a cycle of increasing depression and reclusion. To help counter the isolation, the husband decided to create a garden so beautiful and so full of pink blooms that it would attract visitors to keep her company. It is such a success that over 7000 people visit their gardens each year, both to see the blooms and to catch a glimpse of the love that inspired it.

Kinkakuji Golden Pavilion- Golden metallic, gold flake shimmer, gold micro flake shimmer, gold shimmer, gold micro shimmer, gold to bronze shifting micro shimmer (no visible shift really), medium density holographic.

This gold leafed Zen temple was built to illustrate the harmony between heaven and earth. The golden roofed pavilion reflects off of the pond that surrounds it, while each level represents a different architectural style, shodden, samurai, and zen.

This months collection is all about love and blooms from Japan. Pinks and reds, purples and golds, the flowers, blooms, trees, and landscapes of these Japanese gardens and parks inspire love and are perfect destinations for a romantic stroll. We hope you enjoy “Love from Japan”.

Notes: Rainbow honey does it again. I’m normally not a glitter person although you won’t know that from all my blog posts. LOL Rainbow honey brings out the glitter lover in me. I got this one based on the name alone without even looking at what color it actually was. It showed up at my door in awesome rainbow honey super fast shipping style. I opened that box like there was candy inside. Love at first sight. It really does look like a koi pond. If you stare at it just right and blur the glitter you can almost see black, gold & copper orange koi swimming in a pond of blue, green, teal & silver waters. This glitter combo is amazing. I popped this on my current mani but I did some swatches over OPI dating a royal, Dior Nirvana & Deborah Lippmann Fade to black. They all looked gorgeous. There are so many different layering combos you could do with this color.
